Oh hi! To those of you who haven’t been following for the last 5 years, this is actually my 3rd blog. I have had 2 previous goes at blogging about skincare, because ultimately it is what I am passionate about, it is what I am knowledgeable in, and I have always had amazing feedback from readers.

But as you have probably guessed, I have also deleted each blog and all the posts that had a lot of love and time and effort put into them. In the past, I wanted to create really high-quality, image filled pages, which was a lovely hobby until it wasn’t. Taking out most of the weekend to edit posts for me personally stopped becoming fun, especially seeing I have a full time career I enjoy which is completely separate to this! This time around, I hope you will enjoy blog posts which get straight to the point, more text, less images, and less in-depth analysis. (aka you can take my word for it….or not!)

I hope you will enjoy learning about what amazing benefits skincare CAN have, without being duped by marketers preying on our insecurities. Over the years the most common complaints from people I have consulted has been the confusion of what is said on the label vs. knowing whether it is actually true. If like most people, you cant read complicated chemical compound names on your products, it is no wonder! I hope you really enjoy this blog and learn a lot in the process. G xx
